All excursions are subject to weather and sea conditions. Sunrise Paradise reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel any excursion in the event of unsafe weather or sea conditions.
In such cases, customers may choose either to reschedule the excursion to another available date or to receive a full refund.
The safety of our customers and crew remains our top priority at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure.
A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before departure.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before departure.
A 75% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
No refund will apply in case of no-show or once the excursion has started.
Customers arriving after the scheduled departure time may be considered as a no-show.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
